The hotel itself was good and the room comfortable. We only stopped over here on our drive north. It was one of the more expensive places we stayed but didn't have a lot of choice. Nice breakfast included. Ladies onsen had washer and dryer which was a great idea as you could do your washing and wait in the onsen. Room was a good size. Convenience store about 5 mins walk away.

Not Much to like here, The breakfast was good overall it was the worst hotel we stayed in and avoided Route Inn hotels for the rest of the trip due to our bad experience at the reception desk and the facility ....still waiting for refund from Booking .com

Loved the use of the Japanese onsen and massage chair, great facilities and washing machine if you needed. Loved the breakfasts and you can book to eat dinner at the restaurant which is handy.

The hotel was simple but had a great breakfast and the staff were very kind and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and there was a nice ramen restaurant right across from the hotel.

ac faulty , they fiddled got it working but when I fiddled it switched off! no working light in the toilet, manager was a hard woman not interested in clients just doing a job!
